Hey adventurers! I’m Wendy Plummer—and yep, I travel for a living (still pinching myself, honestly). After 15 years of wrangling middle school math (trust me, that's an adventure in itself!) and shaping young minds, I swapped the whiteboard for a passport and never looked back.

These days, you’ll find me hopping from one corner of the globe to the next, with Knoxville, Tennessee as my trusty home base. I’ve spent the last ten years chasing sunsets, finding hidden gems, and probably eating way too many pastries in the name of “research.”
